Hello from Hartford, CT! I am part of a team which is working with the city to help make it a more safe and comfortable place for pedestrians and bicyclists. We have had numerous incidents of people walking and being struck by speeding vehicles. I was hoping to bring some information about your campaigns and what we might do to lower the official speed limits on some public rights of way.
