    It’s a great policy but needs proper policing. Speeds are creeping up so anyone who actually drives as 20mph feels they are slowing down the flow of traffic. Please raise this at the conference. Most cameras no longer function and there are no traffic police. Liz Hare (Edinburgh motorist)
