We have been asked by the residents association to attend their event and talk about how lower speed limits are being implemented across the North West. Broadheath is in Trafford Borough Council which is one of the few Manchester boroughs not to have implemented 20mph limits for most residential roads. The limit through most of Broadheath is 30mph.
