We were delighted to have a webinar in the Green Transport Recovery series dedicated to 20mph/30kmh limits.

Recently medics and Public Health Professionals called for a national 20mph limit to reduce the road traffic casualty baseline load on the NHS. This appeared in the British Medical Journal at https://blogs.bmj.com/bmj/2020/03/24/can-we-improve-the-nhss-ability-to-tackle-covid-19-through-emergency-public-health-interventions/

In response we have created a video in support of this and adding some of our own perspective.

We created a webinar on campaigning for speed reduction for the Global Alliance of NGOs for Road Safety. This is used to empower campaigners across the world as part of their "Capacity Building" program for NGOs

Founder and Campaign Director of 20's Plenty for Us, Rod King, was asked to speak at the annual Academic Lecture held by the Road Safety Authority of Ireland on the subject of 30km/h speed limits at the start of their annual Road Safety Week on 2nd October 2017.

Dr Margaret Chan, Director-General of the World Health Organisation on the importance of reducing vehicle speeds for the 4th UN Global Road Safety Week, 8th-14th May 2017. We are delighted to have been chosen by WHO to write the Slow Down Day Toolkit for use by campaigners around the world.

Thanks to StreetFilms of New York who have recently created a new video that shows our success.

They also produced a video showing the way that 20mph limits arte being used in the City of London
