We are about 200 miles from Seattle, WA. The culture here is not pedestrian friendly. My neighborhood would be supportive. The person in charge of traffic for the city does not think we have enough pedestrian and bicyclist fatalities (340 in 13yrs) to warrant a program. Where do you recommend I start?
